Jesus came near and said to them, “All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth. Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe everything I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

Matthew 28:18-20

What you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, commit to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.

2 Timothy 2:2

Discipleship Compass

Discipleship Compass

Disciples of Jesus are called to grow in Christ. We focus on 5 areas of growth.

Theological

Theological

Our growth begins upward as we know and love God. After our salvation, we continue to grow upward in our relationship with the Lord through reading the Word, praying and practicing spritual disciplines.

Relational

Relational

Christians are called into a body, not isolation! As we know and love God more, we're drawn into community where we grow more in fellowship, accountability and encouragement.

Transformational

Transformational

As we grow in Christ and with his people, the Holy Spirit transforms us to look more like Jesus. We desire to be a people transformed by the gospel.

Missional

Missional

As we are transformed by our relationship with God through his local church, we strive together to proclaim and display the good news of Jesus to those that have yet to confess him as their Lord and Savior.

Multi-Generational

Multi-Generational

Our growth doesn't end with sharing the good news. Jesus invites his disciples to make disciples who make disciples (intentionally repeated). In obedience, we teach others to observe all that Jesus has commanded.
